This is an object that inherited XLayerCustomList. It has the properties of Circles, supporting circle object functions in GIS. Since they are based on the Lon/Lat coordinates, changing map level changes the displaying size. Depending on the properties of SetlsClosed(), users can create outlined circles or filled circles.
